For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about wellness, purpose, and creating meaningful change. As I learned more about the impact of our food system, from rising health issues to environmental harm, I felt a deep urgency to do something that mattered.
Microgreens became the spark. They are small but powerful, packed with life, and grown in a way that respects both people and the planet. Through Splendid Sprouts, I found a way to turn that spark into action, combining healing, sustainability, and empowerment in every jar.
